What is a Chaffle?
If you are like me, you are just now hearing about chaffles. What is chaffle? A chaffle is a “waffle” made with only cheese, egg and keto friendly flour, different spices, and seasoning. This easy Keto Chaffle Recipe is a great bread replacement that works perfectly to make sweet treats. This Chaffle makes a great Keto breakfast or Keto dessert. I prefer to keep my keto meals simple, quick, and delicious.

White Chocolate Blueberry Chaffle Ingredients
• shredded mozzarella cheese
• ChocZero White Chocolate Chips
• almond flour
• baking powder
• baking powder
• eggs
• cinnamon
• Granulated Swerve
• blueberries
• Confectioners Swerve (optional)




How to Make White Chocolate Blueberry Chaffles
Heat up your waffle maker
In a mixing bowl add the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, swerve, baking powder, cinnamon, swerve, blueberries, and eggs. Mix well.
Spray your waffle maker with non stick cooking spray.
Add in white chocolate blueberry waffle batter.
Close the lid and cook the chaffle for 5 - 7 minutes. Check it at the 5 minute mark to see if it is crispy and brown. If it is not or it sticks to the top of the waffle machine close the lid and cook for 1-2 minutes longer.
Serve with a sprinkle of swerve confectioners sugar or keto syrup.

• 1 tablespoon ChocZero White Chocolate Chips
• 2 tablespoons almond flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp of Swerve granulated sugar
• 3 tablespoon blueberries


Instructions
1. Heat up your waffle maker.

2. In a mixing bowl add the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, baking powder, eggs, cinnamon, swerve and blueberries. Mix well.

3. Spray your mini waffle maker with non stick cooking spray.

4. Add white chocolate blueberry keto waffle batter.

5. Close the lid and cook the chaffle for 5 – 7 minutes. Check it at the 5 minute mark to see if it is crispy and brown. If it is not or it sticks to the top of the waffle machine close the lid and cook for 1-2 minutes longer.

6. Serve with a sprinkle of swerve confectioners sugar or keto syrup.
